Elder Jensen An awesome puzzle (thank you Herrin family!!) Caroling with the district No bake cookies   Hola a todos!! Feliz Navidad!!! I hope you guys were able to spend some time with family and learned a lot about Christ and His birth!! Let me know what you guys did!! Everything is going great down here!! I have a new companion, Elder Jensen from Idaho, he's such a beast, it's been a blast.  Hermana Marta was baptized as well!! Now the familia Salguero has 5 converts, it's been such a blessing to know them! Just wanted to reach out and wish you guys a Merry Christmas!! As for a quick spiritual thought, we were blessed to be able to read Luke 2 about the birth of Christ a lot over the past 2 days, it's for sure one of my favorite Christmas traditions. Every time I read it, no matter how many times, it always brings peace and joy. Yesterday and today we celebrate the most anticipated moment in all of the history of the world!  Thanks to Him, we can have peace. Thanks t...

Buenas tardes, cómo están?? Had some extra time today (crazy right?) so I'll be starting an email streak again This past week was awesome! To start, we had 2 baptisms, Bryan and Raúl were able to get baptized!! Super spiritual, it was amazing! Had some awesome exchanges with the APs, got to see some old friends here in the mission, it was a blast Later today we'll be headed to our mission Christmas party, going to be a blast!! Honestly... that's about all I have. Super grateful for the work, this area, and all of the miracles we've seen. Just wanted to end with a scripture: Acts 20:35 35 I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive. I love this scripture! Especially in this time of year, I testify that giving actually blesses us more than it blesses others! I invite you all to look for ways to serve and to give, and I promise and te...

Hey everyone!! First off, sorry I didn't get an email off last week to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving, but happy late Thanksgiving!! I hope you all enjoyed it, and thanked the Lord for everything He has done for you!! On the same topic, the past couple of weeks we've had a lot to thank the Lord for. We were able to baptize 2 more members of the Salguero family (love that family so much) and we're close to putting the grandma on date as well to make the family almost complete!! We had a baptism this past Sunday in our area, and the sisters had a baptism as well and asked me to baptize their friend, it was pretty awesome!! The font was super low though, so it took 4 tries for the poor lady to submerge completely . The Spirit was super strong though, they're both true converts!! We hiked to Mirador San Jacinto (a super cool lookout at the end of an abandoned tourist site) at 3 this morning to see the sunrise, such a blast and so worth it. As for a spiritual thought, ...
